Derek Ivor Rapport is the Chairman of EquityExchange Ltd and he has more than 35 years of experience at investment management firms and banks across both retail and institutional platforms in the United Kingdom. He has held senior executive positions at some of the most prominent financial organizations in Europe. Derek Ivor Rapport is a graduate of Banking and Finance from the prestigious Harvard University and a Masters Degree in Management from the University of Leeds. He brings many years of leadership experience to his role on the Board of Directors, including his extensive background in executive management and sales.

Lynda Sherryl Rapport oversees the strategic management of the firm and is responsible for driving growth and preserving the firm's unique culture. As an industry veteran and trusted manager, she advises entrepreneurs and executives on their overall business needs. Over the past 28 years her focus as an executive and entrepreneur has been on funding, investing in and building asset management companies. She has been successful in building and managing high performing teams operating in both public and private capital markets. Working with both alternative and traditional strategies. She earned a B.A. in Economics from Durham University and an M.B.A. from Imperial College London.

Hans Peter Gull joined EquityExchange Ltd in 2014, bringing more than 22 years of industry experience, including 13 years as Administrative Officer and Investment Officer of GAM Credit Suisse. He began his career in 1981, where he started as a sales representative and went onto a variety of management positions. He also has served in multiple management and financial positions within the company. Hans Peter Gull earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Bern and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Andrew Matthews has over 25 years experience in international business across financial services, banking and renewable energy. He joined EquityExchange Ltd from Barclays Bank where he was a member of the Executive Committee. He previously held positions as Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director at other firms in Europe. He brings with him more than 25 years of corporate finance experience. Andrew Matthews has gained all-round knowledge in respect of the development of the British financial service industry and has established a strong network through working with both international and local financial companies in the United Kingdom. He holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction in Finance.
